HAIR - Psych, Sludgy Rock

With the temperature dropping below zero degrees and 2017 coming to an end, Lincoln Hall + Schubas hosted one of their last 100% Off showcases on Thursday, December 28. Highlighting different styles of heavy rock n roll, psych fuzz band HAIR headlined the showcase.

As their influences range from Black Sabbath to Ty Segall, HAIR's a local band bound to stand out in a city filled with garage rock. After uploading a brief video clip on Instagram, the influx of messages I received asking "Who is this?" "They're ripping!" "When are they playing next?" came as a great surprise. Having had played Empty Bottle to The Sinkhole, who knows what's next on their hit-list?
